"I am very pleased and thankful for legal services I received from Eric Golle. He has been very instrumental in providing the right advice in my Medicaid estate planning. Without Eric's help our assets would not have been protected from the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program (MERP). Eric has been very patient with my many questions and texting him back and forth. I really appreciated that. He has been gracious to travel to visit me and my husband in the nursing home. That meant a lot to me, as it very difficult to get my husband ready and move anywhere outside the nursing home. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who needs Medicaid estate planning."

"I can't say enough good things about this attorney. If you are looking at putting a loved one into a nursing home do not look any further. He was absolutely phenomenal in helping my mother qualify for Medicaid when she entered a nursing home—even though she had more assets than allowed under Medicaid limits. His expertise in Medicaid law was evident from the start. He used a combination of qualified income trusts (Miller Trusts), Lady Bird deeds, Medicaid-compliant annuities, and strategic asset spend-downs to navigate a very complex situation with precision and care. Eric got her qualified for Medicaid and saved her estate from being depleted. He saved the house, her car and retirement. Unbelievable the assets he was able to save while still getting her Medicaid qualified.
What truly set him apart was his dedication. He was personable, incredibly intelligent, and went above and beyond and his guidance gave our family peace of mind during a stressful time, and thanks to his work, my mother received the care she needed without jeopardizing her financial security.
If you're looking for an elder law attorney who knows the ins and outs of Medicaid planning, Medicaid qualification and genuinely cares about his clients, this is the one. Highly recommend!"

"If you have to put a loved one into a nursing home, YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST call Eric Golle (Attorney and CPA) first. He completely changed my perspective on lawyers with his expertise, compassion, and innovative approach. We were misled into believing we had to sell my mother’s house and deplete her savings to qualify for Medicaid, but he expertly guided us through the process, debunking myths and saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars. His clear, honest counsel and dedication to our best interests made all the difference. If you’re looking for a Medicaid lawyer who truly cares and delivers life-changing results, Eric Golle is the one to trust!
I live in San Antonio and don’t know how I found him all the way in Dallas, but being so far away did not impede the process one bit. Hire this guy…his reasonable fees are totally worth it. Can't say enough good things about him."

"I am beyond grateful for Eric J. Golle’s expertise — truly a game-changer during one of the toughest chapters of our lives. As my Dad prepared for nursing home care, his assets left us scrambling to secure Medicaid eligibility, but Eric turned chaos into clarity with his masterful strategies. He seamlessly implemented Qualified Income Trusts, Miller Trusts, etc. safeguarded his home via a Lady Bird Deed, restructured investments into non countable Medicaid compliant annuities, and orchestrated precise asset spend-downs that got everything approved swiftly and stress-free. We dodged massive out-of-pocket costs, and he was covered in record time.
Beyond his sharp intellect, what shone brightest was his genuine empathy—he's the kind of attorney who listens deeply and breaks down complex legal jargon into straightforward advice, easing our worries every step. His commitment blew us away: flexible meetings after work hours and even weekends, always prioritizing our needs. Phenomenal doesn't begin to cover it. For anyone navigating elder law or Medicaid hurdles, seek him out immediately—hands down, the best decision we made. Stars? I'd give him the whole galaxy! "

"Eric helped me navigate through the process of qualifying and applying for Medicaid for my husband when it became obvious that long term care was our only option. Without Eric's mild mannered and straight forward approach and guidance, it could have been quite the nightmare with the overwhelming amount of required information, forms, and explanations necessary to qualify. He spent time counseling me in the beginning, providing a complete description of what may be expected, what barriers we might run into, the timeline and the costs involved. I was never caught off guard by unexpected surprises and he was always very patient waiting for responses or information he had requested. Often, he went out of his way to come to me to pick up some paperwork and he also, took the time to come and meet my husband who was already in a nursing facility and not mobile. Eric has a laid-back, we’ll get it done attitude and that is exactly what happened even after my husband's passing when Medicaid requested further proof of our qualifications for services rendered. I have already directed a couple of friends to him for assistance and will again if the need arises. Eric Golle has answers and makes this difficult journey bearable."

"I can't recommend Eric Golle highly enough! When my mother needed to enter a nursing home, we were facing a nightmare of assets that made her ineligible for Medicaid. Eric Golle stepped in like a miracle worker and navigated the entire process with absolute brilliance. He expertly set up Qualified Income Trusts (or Miller Trusts, as they're known in some states), used Lady Bird Deeds to protect her house, converted assets into Medicaid-compliant annuities, and guided us through strategic asset spend-downs—all without a hitch. He even got me a gift from her assets during the spenddown. In just a few weeks, she was fully qualified and covered, saving us tens of thousands of dollars and probably over a $100,00) when all is said and done.
What truly set him apart was his warmth and intelligence. He's not just a lawyer; he's a compassionate guide who explained everything in plain English, making a stressful time feel manageable. And talk about dedication—he met with me after hours and even on weekends to fit our schedule. The guy is phenomenal, plain and simple. If you're dealing with elder care or Medicaid planning, call him yesterday. Five stars aren't enough!"

"I cannot recommend this lawyer highly enough! He was an absolute godsend in helping my father qualify for Medicaid when his dementia made it impossible for us to care for him at home. This attorney expertly utilized Lady Bird Deeds, Medicaid-compliant annuities, and a Qualified Income Trust (Miller Trust) to secure Medicaid approval while protecting my dad’s inheritable assets from being depleted. Thanks to his strategic planning, I even received a gift from my dad, and he still got approved—a truly remarkable outcome!
Beyond his expertise, this lawyer is incredibly down-to-earth and a joy to work with. His compassion and clear communication made a stressful process so much easier. Having worked with many lawyers, I can confidently say he is the best by far. His fees were more than reasonable, especially considering the immense value he provided in safeguarding our family’s assets. If you’re facing the challenge of placing a loved one in a nursing home, do yourself a favor and call this guy. He’s worth every penny and more!"
